If you have taken possession of a property but are finding it difficult to activate the energy supply because of unpaid bills left by the previous account holder, with us you are not responsible for the previous user’s defaults on payments, whether it is a new contract or a transfer. It means that Union Gas e Luce will only ask for payment of unpaid bills from the old user responsible for the default.
